It's concerning that the company plans to use significant percentage of the proceeds for inventory and SG&A, especially with a new product line coming out and a ~55% gross margin (not sure who checked the math in the use of proceeds section, but they might want to use a calculator next time as the totals sum to 200% of the raise targets on the original Form C dated 4/29/2021).
