Our take:
Magfast seems like a fun tech product on the surface. But the company has taken pre-orders through July 2022, and to place an order, you for some reason have to attend a demo and provide all your information before you have the ability to order. The use of funds for this round is primarily manufacturing, so it appears the company needs a capital injection to help meet customer demand.
