Crowdonomics tracks equity-crowdfunding companies from public SEC filings and funding-platform pages. This page explains what we collect about you when you use the site, and who else is involved.
If you just browse
You can read every company and round page without an account. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed; they don't use cookies and don't identify you individually.
If you create an account
Sign-in is by emailed link, so we store your email address. Your watchlist, portfolio holdings, and settings are stored with your account. Amounts you enter in your portfolio are private to you; a public portfolio page shows only what you choose to make public. Sign-in sets a cookie that keeps you logged in. The login form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.
If you subscribe to the newsletter or the watchlist digest, we store your address and your choices and send mail through Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your choices on the settings page.
Advertising
We may show ads on the site. Some are sold by us directly; those are plain images and links and set no cookies. Others are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
What we don't do
We don't sell your email address or account data, and we don't share it except with the services named above, which run the site for us.
