Giovanni Austin has spent more than 15 years in the technology field. Over his many years as a developer and application engineer, Mr. Austin has also worked as a Creative Director for Tega Technologies from 2012-2014, designing, developing, and testing applications for multiple companies, including 5 Fortune 500 automobile companies. From 2014-Present, he has worked at 1000Bulbs.com (primary position) as a Senior Ecommerce Developer as well as the Founder & CEO at his startup Arygin Corporation. Giovanni has started several companies and sold them for profit. Always finding solutions to meet customer needs has been a way for him to be successful. Since September 2018, Giovanni has been working on Arygin full time.

JODY HASSEMER
Chief Financial Officer

Apart from working full time at Arygin (from September 2018-Present), Jody is the Current Principal at Overwatch Fund (primary position from 2018-Present), where she is responsible for human resources and accounting and finance functions. She actively participates in mergers and acquisitions, as well as day to day operations. Jody has experience with financial reporting and budgeting, payroll, commission calculations, best practices, and accounting system implementation. In her career, Jody also carefully monitored and maintained gross margins through economic cycles. Previously, she managed operations (human resources, accounting and finance) at Integra Realty Resources, a commercial real estate company, from 2001-2016. In this position, she participated in mergers and acquisitions, best practice procedures, and held positions on the Executive Board and Compensation Committee. Jody was selected as CFO of the Year by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2010.

BECCA GASTIN
Public Relations Specialist

From 2014-Present, Becca has worked as Savannah Area Network Alumni Relations at Georgia Southern University Alumni Association. She is no stranger to networking and getting customers familiar with brands. In 2018, Becca joined Arygin Corporation as a part-time employee (20 hours per week), where she will take point on social marketing and strategy to create brand awareness.

Jason joined Arygin Corporation in 2018 as a part-time employee (20 hours per week). From 2017-Present, he has also worked as President & Consultant at the Performance Management Group, LLC. In 2017, he served as Vice President of Operations & Integration at Century Link, and from 2015-2017, he was Senior Vice President of CACI International Inc. Jason is a dynamic executive, consultant, and educator with a passion for disrupting the status quo. Experienced as a CEO, SVP, and business owner across multiple industries, disciplines, and organizational sizes, Jason has led startups and turnarounds for a range of organizations, including a Fortune 500 $250M subsidiary and a $750M federal portfolio. He challenges organizations to think critically, adapt, and explore adjacencies. Jason articulates vision and develops strategies to maximize growth, profitability, and industry leadership, and he also leverages technology and business acumen for measurable efficiency and profitability benefits. In 2018, Jason became a mentor/advisor at Startup Virginia, and he became a Professional Lecturer at Virginia Commonwealth University.

JEFF BROKAW
Product Manager

Jeff Brokaw joined Arygin Corporation as a part-time employee (20 hours per week) in 2018. From 2018-Present, Jeff also co-founded Tabbris and works as the Director of Entrepreneurship, and in 2017-Present, he joined FaaStrak as a board member and Chief Technology Officer. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, and entrepreneurship. He founded his first web design and web hosting company at age 14, and at age 16 he ran the IT department of a large stock brokerage firm. Jeff founded a second successful web design and web hosting company. Since 2014, Jeff has worked as the Charlotte Chapter Director at Startup Grind. He also has experience in Venture Capital and has assisted in raising numerous funding rounds for startups as well as assisting in building companies from the ground level. He is currently a board member at several rapid growth startups as well as an advisor, consultant and more for technology companies across the globe.

JESSICA HOLCOMBE
General Counsel

From 2012-Present, Jessica has worked as a Corporate and IP Licensing Attorney at Holcombe Law Group and as Outside Corporate Counsel at The McClatchy Company. In 2018, she joined Arygin Corporation as a part-time employee (20 hours per week). Jessica advises emerging companies and established corporations on business entity formation, SaaS and IP licensing, financings, private placement securities exemptions, employment agreements, commercial contracts, trademarks, regulatory matters, privacy policies, import and export regulations, and ecommerce law. She has advised tech companies and multinational clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, capitalization structuring, SaaS and IP licensing, ecommerce law, trademarks, real estate leasing, securities regulations, employment agreements, stock option plans, and commercial contract negotiations. Jessica has worked on acquisitions including VMware’s purchase of Trango, Cloudmark’s purchase of Bizanga, and ECA Group’s purchase of Triton Imaging.

JULIAN CICONE
Cinematographer

Julian has been a freelance filmmaker and photographer since 2008. From 2016-2017, he worked as a Producer and Director at Los Angeles Independent Film & Entertainment. In 2017, he founded Authentic Lore, where he currently works as an Executive Producer. In 2018, he joined Arygin Corporation as a part-time employee.

KANIKA RADHAKRISHNAN
Patent Attorney

In 2004, Kanika started Evergreen Valley Law Group with a singular goal of providing an alternative to big law firms for cost-conscious and quality-conscious clients. In the fifteen years they have been in existence, they have worked with a mixed set of clients, ranging from Fortune 500's to startups and big law firms. They focus in patent drafting and prosecution, as well as trademarks and copyrights. Some of the companies Kanika has worked with have gone on to acquisitions and exists, including Denali Design Systems and Cosmic Circuits (both acquired by Cadence) Archpro Design Automation and Virage Logic (both acquired by Synopsys.) From 2004-Present, Kanika has worked at Evergreen Valley Law Group as an experienced IP Attorney and Advisor to startups, and in 2018 she joined Arygin Corporation as a Patent Attorney, working part-time (20 hours per week. Kanika is a go-getter entrepreneur and seasoned legal professional with years of experience working with Fortune 500 corporations and mid-sized and start up companies.

LORI REVILLA
Public Relations Manager

From 2008-Present, Lori has worked as an Event Consultant, where she specializes in event planning and interactive shows for corporate events and tradeshows. She helps with timelines, menus, coordination with venues and vendors and has experience planning interactive scavener hunts, mock wedding shows, and team building events. She also has extensive experience in public relations and associated marketing programs. Her clients include Motorola, Florida Atlantic University, Great Dane, Tom Thumb, numerous cities, arts councils and associations. Marcin is a versatile and well-rounded senior level creative; a visual problem-solver with a number of years in the industry to support his abilities, and he joined Arygin Corporation in 2018 as a Senior Art Designer (part-time employee working 20 hours per work).
