Steve Luttmann began his career at Unilever, working on renowned brands like Lipton Iced Tea and Ben & Jerry’s. He later took on senior marketing leadership roles, including Senior VP of Marketing at Diageo and at LVMH Moët Hennessy. In 2005, he launched Leblon Cachaça, which was sold to Bacardi in 2015. Since then, he has helped develop brands such as Aviation Gin, Hercules Mulligan, Pantalones Tequila, and more. Luttmann has been working with Dolph since 2020 creating Hard Cut Vodka and brings a wealth of industry and business acumen to the product and strategy.

Mr. Spector has been the CEO or Chair of a number of public companies including State National Bank, Nations Health and Neoware. Each of those companies was successfully sold. Mr. Spector was also a Managing Director of TL Ventures and a founder/Managing Director of Safeguard International Fund. He is a graduate of Penn Law School and resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Christine is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Highway Capital. Chris has 25 years of expertise in sourcing, structuring, and managing investments through two funds she co-founded. Her investment portfolio includes small middle market companies across a broad range of industries including business services, health care services, telecommunications, transportation and logistics, consumer products, and manufacturing. These investments have been made in rapidly growing businesses and structured to support growth, acquisition and recapitalization strategies. Chris has served on the boards of numerous portfolio companies and various industry associations. Ms. Jones was a member of the Board of Directors of the St. John’s International School in Waterloo, Belgium and its Foundation in the United States. Chris holds a B.A. degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She spends 1 hour per week on Botanery Barn.

Peter Nalle is the immediate past Chair of the Board of The Rosenbach Museum & Library. He has had a long career in publishing and information services, holding senior officer positions over the years at McGraw-Hill, Harper-Collins (J.B. Lippincott), Simon and Schuster, and Grolier, Inc. Since 1996, he has worked in the Philadelphia area as a private investor/advisor and owner/operator of publishing and information service companies including Chilton Publishing and American Reading Company. He also served as the CEO of Audiofy Corporation, a digital audiobook platform that was acquired by Ingram Corporation in 2008. He has been involved with the American Reading Company, a privately held Education Services company based in King of Prussia, since its founding in 1998. He served as a Director on their board from 1998-2016 and as an Advisor until 2022. Prior Board service includes The Association of American Publishers, The Association of American Medical Publishers, The Johns Hopkins University Press, and The Schuylkill River Development Council.
