She leads the planning of company-wide initiatives that align with core values to support long-term ethical growth, and she loves to mentor emerging leaders within the organization. Passionate about creating meaningful work and authentic connections, Amy continues to cultivate a workplace where people and purpose grow together.

Jason Silberschlag
Co-Founder, CEO, Director

Jason is a Co-Founder of CRC and an artist, builder, musician, and thinker. He is a creative problem solver and loves collaborating on new ideas and experiences. Coffee as a means of socialization and community building has become one of Jason's life passions, and is what drives him to continually provide opportunity and growth for the people of Cartel. His desire to bring together the communities we serve through meet-ups, casual interactions, and now community ownership/investment, drives the continued effort to preserve IRL living and a local, tangible economy without outside financial interests extracting value from our communities.

Jesse Pangburn
President & Chief Operating Officer

Jesse brings over 20 years of leadership experience, 13 of them with Cartel. Jesse has led major initiatives across operations, growth, and brand development. From opening new locations around the southwest US and building out a new 14,000-square-foot production facility to overseeing marketing, design, and e-commerce, he brings a track record of turning vision into reality. He brings that same strategic and creative leadership to help shape and scale Cartel's future.

Michelle brings over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, where she has led high-performing teams and provided strategic financial guidance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant, with deep expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Kelly Ehley
Director of Sales & Events

Kelly has spent the past eight years leading initiatives across production, supply chain, marketing, and business development. With a degree in journalism and a career rooted in coffee, she’s been instrumental in securing key partnerships with Whole Foods and major restaurant groups like Upward Projects.

Mercedes Infante
Director of Retail

With over 11 years at Cartel and over a decade in location management and leadership, Mercedes has contributed to the success of 13 locations across state lines, helping contribute to 10% year-over-year growth. Mercedes is passionate about fostering strong community connections through coffee and developing future leaders.

Jamie Miller
Minority Owner & Strategic Advisor

Jamie is an experienced developer, business strategist, and licensed architect with expertise in acquisitions, development, and commercial leasing. Jamie has a proven track record in investment structuring, property positioning, and millions in property acquisitions. Jamie has also founded and developed multiple successful concepts, including Union Cowork, a multi-unit, shared office business developed throughout Southern California.
