Mr. Butorac is currently the Chairman and Co-CEO of Marco's Pizza with over 1000 units across the United States. Mr. Butorac has more than 40 years of restaurant industry experience and specializes in helping high-quality brands grow and succeed. Mr. Butorac was the former President and CEO of Tumbleweed Southwest Grill, Senior Vice President of Operations for Fuddrucker’s and Vice President of Chi’Chi, Inc.

Mr. Kramp was the original VP of Food and Beverage for Chi-Chi’s, Inc. and was instrumental in the development of the menu and systems. Mr. Kramp has been a leader in the food industry since his days with Chi-Chi’s. Mr. Kramp was CEO of Sizzler USA, Inc. overseeing over 300 stores. Mr. Kramp was the CEO of Buffets Inc., growing the business from a couple stores to over $1 Billion in sales.

Mr. McDermott is the Co-Founder and former Chairman/President of Chi-Chi’s, Inc. Mr. McDermott was a leader in the restaurant industry for over 40 years, and was responsible for the growth of four national chains. Mr. McDermott was the former Chairman/CEO of Fuddrucker’s, and Chairman/President of Two-Pesos, Inc. and Zapata, Inc. Mr. McDermott is excited to work with his son in bringing Chi-Chi’s back.
