The team is led by Co-Founder & CEO Rocco Venneri, who oversees marketing, administration, and product and business development. A Black/mixed race gay man, Venneri spent 15 years as a strategic marketer in the fashion industry, developing and executing successful digital, social media, and print campaigns and activations for global heritage brands including Tommy Hilfiger and Armani. Leveraging his fashion marketing background and personal beliefs, he created an original, high-quality product inclusive of all genders, ethnicities, and sexual orientations, that brings together likeminded individuals who share similar values and experiences – aka, a fearless community of Cool Cats.

Brian is an industry veteran, having worked for top beverage companies like Pabst Brewing and Coors. He's now joined Cool Cat Sparkling Cocktail as a leader in their sales team, bringing his expertise in structuring customer-focused teams and recruiting top talent. With over 20 years of consumer goods experience, Brian has built a reputation as a culture champion, ensuring high standards and values are instilled throughout his sales teams. Beyond his professional achievements, he is also actively involved in not-for-profit organizations, serving as a Board Member and Treasurer for Beat The Streets - Chicago. In his personal life, Brian resides in San Antonio with his wife and two daughters.

Molly has been working in the alcohol business since she was 22 and developed more than 30 unique alcohol beverage brands before the age of 40. She’s spent the last sixteen years working with lead distributors, distilleries, flavor companies and chemists, manufacturers, co-packers, industry suppliers, and entrepreneurs to create and cultivate numerous successful alcohol brands and craft distilleries. Her many specialties include TTB Compliance and Federal Regulations, brand conception and development, product formulation, spirit/distilling sourcing, packaging development and design, material sourcing, finance and business plan development, manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and brand management.

Paul G. Savas is an experienced executive with extensive financial and operational experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes. Mr. Savas joined MacAndrews & Forbes in 1994 as Director of Corporate Finance, have served in various positions of increasing responsibilities and became Chief Financial Officer in 2007. As CFO, Mr. Savas oversaw all corporate transactions, including financing, acquisitions and divestitures. His experience in managing a diversified portfolio of companies extends across a wide array of industries including- cosmetics & consumer products, marketing & business services, financial services, biotechnology, lottery & gaming operations, military equipment & defense. He also served as director and board member of several public and private companies, in which he provided business, leadership and management support to each of the companies within the MacAndrews & Forbes portfolio. Founder of S5 Acquisitions, a privately held management company, Mr. Savas is currently exploring strategic investment opportunities.
