Dr. Colleen Delaney is Scientific Founder and Chief Scientific Officer, EVP of R&D at Deverra Therapeutics, a cellular therapy company focused on development of universal donor, off-the-shelf cell therapies for patients with hematologic malignancies and other critical diseases. Dr. Delaney is an Attending Physician on the Stem Cell Transplant/Cell Therapy Service at the University of Washington/Seattle Children's Hospital. In addition, she is an Affiliate and former Professor of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center where she was PI of an NIH/government funded laboratory and where she established and became the Director of the Program in Cord Blood Transplant and Cord Blood Research. Dr. Delaney’s research interests focus on the development of methods to expand the number of umbilical cord blood stem cells and to then direct these cells to further differentiate into mature blood and immune cells for clinical application. She has more than 20 years of experience in all areas of development of cord blood derived allogeneic cell therapies from bench to bedside, including pre-clinical and IND-enabling research, investigator/sponsor of multiple INDs, regulatory oversight, and clinical trial design and principal investigator of multiple clinical trials. She isan inventor on numerous patents. Dr. Delaney received her MSc from Oxford University and her MD from Harvard Medical School and is the recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious Damon Runyon Foundation Award, the Dr. Ali Al-Johani Award in recognition of exemplary clinical medical care and compassion to patients and families, the Seattle Business Journal’s Leaders in Health Care Award for Outstanding Medical Research, the Seattle American Women in Science’s Award for the Scientific Advancement and Leadership in STEM and she is a 2019 Inductee into the Washington Life Science Hall of Fame.

Michael brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, initially as a broker with several national broker-dealers and as an investment banker. From 2003 to 2010 Michael founded and managed a hedge fund focused on debt arbitrage. Throughout his career, Michael has served on multiple public and private boards and has been involved in several M&A transactions. Michael currently serves as the CEO of Innoveren Scientific, a public life sciences company focused on regenerative medicine. Michael currently runs his own Family Office, which focuses on making investments in the Life Science industry.

Andrew “Al” Kucharchuk is a finance executive who has served in C-suite positions of multiple microcap companies since 2012. He has a proven ability to increase the overall financial health of a company by reducing costs, improving internal controls and overall efficiency management. Al is proficient in tax and regulatory compliance, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, auditing, corporate strategy, SEC filings, financial analysis, and equity and debt financing. Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Theralink Technologies, Inc as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Adhera Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Kucharchuk received his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and his MBA with a finance concentration from Tulane University.
