Bill Ludwig has extensive 25 year sales history and former president of Imports Direct in charge of business development, marketing, logistics and finance. He took his last company from start up to $20 million in only four years. Bill was also the Vice President of Acawe in charge of business development and government coordination.

Chuck started his career in real estate in 1989 in Queens, N.Y. in residential sales and management. Eventually he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a sales management role and then to Naples, Florida. Chuck formed ITZ Media Group, a full- service marketing company, built it to over over 1000 clients and sold ITZ in 2016. Chuck’s real estate background reemerged with an affordable housing development project in South Florida. He founded Galexa to help find affordable housing solutions and a means at which to build them. After researching numerous building systems Chuck discovered the 100% composite solution, introduced it into the Florida market and never looked back. Chuck currently oversees Galexa’s day to day operations and has assembled a highly talented team from different industries to develop Galexa into a market leader.

Eric is a self-driven, results focused, corporate executive and real estate broker with 25 years of contributions to business development, strategic alliances, finance, operations, compliance, project management and profitability. While the General Counsel of an International real estate development company Eric developed deep experience in management, finance, marketing, sales and human resources.

Charles has spent more than 25 years in operations, supply chain and manufacturing management. He has held senior level positions at Sun Micro Systems, Solectron, Harmonic Inc, and most recently Katerra, a technology-driven construction company as the Vice President of Materials Operations. Charles core strength is developing operations and supply chain strategies that are in complete alignment with corporate objectives. He has built dynamic global teams and organizations that are lean and highly effective. As corporate objectives evolve his teams has always been the catalyst that drives change throughout the organization from Sales Operations through IT, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Logistics. Charles brings a strong background and outstanding experience in high-tech manufacturing, supply chain management and overall operations management to Galexa.

George is an inventor, entrepreneur and the patent holder of the Automated Waste Scaling System. George identifies a company’s strengths and weakness, makes them better and helps grow these companies quickly. George started his own Waste company, grew it quickly and he was bought out 6 years later. George received a letter of accommodation from Wayne Huizenga for surpassing and maintaining a new company record of over $100,000.00 in revenue of new customers per month. Another waste company called “Apollo Waste” recognized George’s strengths starting with only 13 trucks 2 years later they grew to 32 trucks. They sold out for $32 million.

Gerry is a senior tech executive with over 30 years’ experience in both large enterprises and startup companies. He specializes in data processing and business services for preparation and organization. As a distinguished pragmatist he was an integral VP at Sun Microsystems that was successfully sold to Oracle in 1994. Since 2012 Gerry has worked as President and CEO of Naples based services company, Timeframe Ventures, Inc. providing data processing and business preparation schedules. Gerry is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Pete De Mare is an investor, industry expert and proven business leader in green real estate development and building sustainable companies. He brings a diverse background of building some of the more successful industry teams that have rapidly increased the market adoption of smart building technologies, sustainable business practices, emerging public policies, green real estate development, utility scale infrastructure and new financing mechanisms. Pete sits on a variety of key industry advisory boards. U.S. Green Building Council – LEED Technical Committee Energy and Interdisciplinary Subject Matter Expert.

Todd Gates owner of Gates Construction is recognized as a leading construction management, general contracting and design build firm. During the last 25 years, Todd’s company has expanded from its Naples base to provide construction management, general contracting, and design-build services to Sarasota, Palm Beach Gardens, the Southeast region, and Latin America. Gates has been recognized for his industry leadership, including “Builder of the Year” and manages many international projects.
