FY2019–FY2024 (no data for FY2021) · from SEC filings · hover any figure for its sourceFigures as reported by the issuer in the filing shown on hover. Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

Valuation caps on SAFE / convertible note roundsDashed amber bars are a SAFE or convertible note's valuation cap — the most it converts at, not what the company is worth.

Nicholas Hodges, Founder & CEO, created Halcium Energy to try to solve the problems of rooftop wind energy. Previously, as CFO of a consumer goods company, Nicholas was a key leader in scaling the business from $5M to $25M in revenue in just three years, proving his ability to manage fast growth. He leveraged this executive experience to raise Halcium's initial capital in 2021 and has since led the company from a validated concept to a patent-protected, digitally-optimized design. He holds an MBA with a finance emphasis and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship.

Debbie Hodges serves on the Board of Directors, providing strategic leadership on Halcium's brand identity and marketing. She brings deep expertise from her former role as Director of Marketing and Creative Services at AlphaGraphics and has spent the last nine years as the owner and principal designer of her own successful creative services practice. This blend of corporate marketing strategy and hands-on design skill makes her a critical asset to the team. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing) with minors in Graphic Design and Communications.

Emil Bohn is a seasoned executive and management consultant who brings over 30 years of global experience in driving operational excellence and transformative growth to the Halcium board. His career is defined by his ability to enter complex situations and deliver powerful, quantifiable results. Emil’s proven track record of execution spans multiple industries and includes achieving a sustained 40% year-over-year growth rate for a packaging company, leading a ski resort turnaround to generate its first profit in 19 years, and improving a large insurance company's project execution success rate by 55%. He has successfully managed the merger of large-scale IT organizations and implemented process changes that have saved companies millions in yearly operational costs. As a board member and advisor for Halcium, Emil provides the critical strategic oversight and operational guidance necessary to scale the company from a technology innovator into a disciplined, global manufacturing enterprise.

About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
