FY2019–FY2024 (no data for FY2022) · from SEC filings · hover any figure for its sourceFigures as reported by the issuer in the filing shown on hover. Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.
Valuation over rounds
Pre-money — the valuation set before each round’s money came inBlue bars are the pre-money valuation the company stated for a priced round. Dashed amber bars are a SAFE or convertible note's valuation cap — the most it converts at, not what the company is worth, so don't compare them with the other bars.

Micah Bergdale was part of the first Mac Geniuses hired as part of Steve Jobs’ launch of the Apple Retail initiative in 2001. After three years working as a Mac Genius and then a Manager and Engineer, Micah decided he wanted to pursue his own venture in partnership with Apple, so he launched Digital Criterion at the age of 22. Digital Criterion focused on servicing the growing needs of companies that were beginning to add Apple technology into their larger IT infrastructure. He grew Digital Criterion into a technology consulting operation that spanned four major metro areas and partnered with Apple and CDW to generate $2M in annual revenue. In 2011, Micah and his long-time business partner divested themselves from Digital Criterion and created Bytemark as part of a desire to create a product company. Bytemark attracted an amazing angel investor who was the largest ferry operator in New York City, and he grew it to over 100 employees globally. Bytemark established subsidiaries in India, Australia, UK and Canada. Micah regularly worked through the regulatory issues of operating as a multi-national corporation, and Bytemark sold and implemented its white label mobile app software for clients on six continents. At the beginning of 2019, Micah stepped down from his role as CEO of Bytemark, Inc after selling our company to Siemens. Micah has been working on independent technical and management consulting work this year assisting global businesses with their expansion efforts over the past two years to support operations in transportation and livestream video.

About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
