FY2021–FY2022 · from SEC filings · hover any figure for its sourceFigures as reported by the issuer in the filing shown on hover. Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

Nicholas Smith was the founder and President of Supercharged Beverage Company that was established in 2016. Nick had a vision for a new type of sports drink in an emerging category that was inspired by a childhood vision, dating back to the success of Gatorade with the alliance formed with Michael Jordan. Nick executed that vision and launched Supercharged in 2017 with overnight success. Nick was able to capitalize on the quick success and sold the company to a private investment group by mid-2018. Nicholas Smith has over 13 years of background experience in water control management from his previous work history, which helped him with his research in this category and aided in his focus on a quality product with great taste. Nicholas currently handles all distribution networks and relationships for Lit Vodka. Nick is the President of Lit Vodka.

Trinidad initially served as President of the company for Lit Vodka. Instrumental in the initial marketing and sales strategies, his focus was on expanding the brand through various media platforms. This strategy produced an unprecedented number of sales with over 4000 cases sold within the first (14) months of the business. Trinidad holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and his current role is as the CEO for Lit Vodka. Trinidad started his entrepreneurial endeavors at the age of 21. He founded a landscape management company in the backyard of his parent’s house while completing his college education. Through hard work and perseverance, he turned his company into a multi-million dollar-a-year business, now one of the largest in the state that services over a 150-mile radius and operates with close to 100 employees. Trinidad also works 20 per week as CEO of Outdoor Solutions in addition to working 30 hours per week in his roles with Lit Vodka.

SEC filings
About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
