Figures as reported by the issuer in the filing shown on hover. Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

Round offering price or verified disclosed saleDisclosed sale, unverified or year-only

Disclosed sales come from the issuer's own filings (prior-offering lines, audited-statement notes) and are amount ÷ securities sold. A down round is a firm point more than 25 % below the previous firm point of the same share class on a comparable basis; the comparison ignores unverified and year-only lines.

Ryan O'Connor
UI/UX Designer

Ryan grew up on a steady diet of Sega Genesis, Gameboy, and Trading Cards. Unsurprisingly, that didn’t lead to him becoming a professional athlete. Competitive gaming took him to work on the World of Warcraft TCG in 2006, and that started a 15-year career in the gaming industry. While he’s seen the industry from just about every angle, he’s become obsessed with how games and their components look. Whether it’s a small physical game token, a digital card frame, or a giant convention banner, he just wants everything to look and feel as cool as possible. Ryan is currently part-time and is not taking a salary compensation.

Tim Tello
Consultant/Advisor

Tim has a passion for looking out the window and seeing the future. His career has been built around the ability to see what's next. From influencers, cryptocurrency, and block chain, to new innovations on seemingly stale products. A few of his accolades include being a Harvard Business School graduate, a 30 under 30 nominee, Find Your Grind Best in Games (https://findyourgrind.com/people/timothy-tello/), receiving the first ever ERC 20 token no action letter from the SEC (https://www.sec.gov/corpfin/pocketful-quarters-inc-072519-2a1), patent for the use of game tokens across block chain, and a successful exit to Microsoft Game Pass. Tim is currently the COO of Pocketful of Quarters, which operates as a gaming platform. The site is designed to supply content creators with tools for growth and engagement as well as being the first universal gaming token on block chain. POQ plans to use the 500 streamers and its user base to distribute and publish new and appealing video game titles that all share its patented coin technology. Pocketful of Quarters has reached 600k users and with continued growth of 30% month over month and is on pace to reach nearly 5 million users by years end.

About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
