FY2020–FY2022 · from SEC filings · hover any figure for its sourceFigures as reported by the issuer in the filing shown on hover. Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

From the company's SEC filings: share counts per class, each class's voting and conversion terms, and the holders of 20% or more that Form C requires (officers and 10%+ holders on Form 1-A). Filings name only large holders, so most owners — including crowd investors — are not listed, and a holder's percentage may be of its own class rather than of the whole company. Prices and crowd share counts are in today's share terms — adjusted for splits and conversions since they were sold. Hover a figure for its filing.

Team
5 peopleSteve is a lifelong entrepreneur with deep experience in creating systems and building talented teams to create new products and services across a number of business categories. After more than a decade as managing director of investment banking firm Commonwealth Companies, Steve developed his ideas and founded the first dot-com company in the online auto business to provide customers the ability to purchase new or used vehicles, provide bank financing, and have the car delivered to the purchaser, avoiding the usual dealership experience. Steve secured VC funding for this startup and exited its nationally known tech incubator at the top of its class. Next, Steve was recruited by the world's largest dot-com auction site to lead their B2C auto sales division. This division provided online sales for large national banks and auto leasing companies, selling off-lease vehicles for those bank leasing companies, maximizing the banks' return on assets. The concept for MaxTracker originated with Steve's experience of having two expensive mountain bikes stolen from his Jeep's bike rack while it was parked for 10 minutes on a sunny Saturday morning. This began a search for the most secure protection to stop the theft of valuable personal property. Steve's view is households are well protected by video doorbells and home security cameras and systems, but MaxTracker fills the need for protection beyond the end of the customers' driveway. The development of MaxTracker fulfills Steve’s passion and mission: To reverse the current outcomes of theft and loss of personal property so the owners win and the thieves are caught and face justice.

Jim is an experienced technology lead and entrepreneur with several ventures in sports and tech. He started as a software engineer and moved on to systems architect and then to CTO. He has received two patents, and more are pending for the MaxTracker product line. Jim remembers the trauma of having his brand new mountain bike stolen while on a biking trip to Breckenridge. The anger and frustration he felt was top of mind when Steve invited him to join MaxTracker. More recently, his golf clubs were taken, ironically just a few months before he could get a MaxTracker prototype into the bag. He is driven to bring this product into production, to protect his own stuff and that of others.

Benny retired as a senior telecommunications software architect in the Bell System for over 30 years. He wrote his first computer program in 1971 and holds 4 patents. In retirement, he is an avid golfer, bicyclist, and skier and loves attending live music concerts. Benny is an advisor for MaxTracker and works four hours per week for MaxTracker.

38 years in R&D in telecommunications, cloud and enterprise applications, with product development roles including requirements definition, architecture, design, software development (multiple languages), project lead, and project management. 6 of those years included participation in the definition of international standards for internet communications (e.g., IP telephony). Glen is an advisor for MaxTracker and works four hours per week for MaxTracker.

A 35-year veteran of the telecommunications technology industry, Phil is now retired from Cisco Systems, where he served as a VP of Engineering. During his tenure, he led teams in the US, China, India, and across Europe and to help transform the world of business communications from voice-centric technologies to cloud-based, fully integrated voice, video, and web collaboration for business communication systems. Phil still maintains an avid interest in leadership development and technological innovation, selectively spending his time coaching women executives and consulting with next-gen technology innovators like MaxTracker. Phil is an advisor for MaxTracker and works four hours per week for MaxTracker.

SEC filings
About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
