Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

From the company's SEC filings: share counts per class, each class's voting and conversion terms, and the holders of 20% or more that Form C requires (officers and 10%+ holders on Form 1-A). Filings name only large holders, so most owners — including crowd investors — are not listed, and a holder's percentage may be of its own class rather than of the whole company. My name is Daniel Botz. I am 26 years old and was raised in the small town of Joliet, MT. I officially became an owner of Mazevo Coffee in early 2018. My educational background is in small business management and biblical studies. I wanted to use business as an opportunity to serve communities worldwide, especially in places where uplifting positivity and humble service are desperately needed. My desire to use business to serve others was already being realized by another person who shared the same dream: Mazevo’s CEO, Damion Taylor. Though the company was hardly starting from a position of strength, I knew this was something that I needed to be a part of long-term. Damion and I sat down to discuss the company's vision, growth, and desire for humble service. We were 100% aligned in vision and knew it would not be long before an official partnership was struck. We began with this company, with current owner and CRO Tyler Nash, as baristas, one of the most impactful positions in our organization today. We served drinks, prepared food for our guests, and had conversations with everyone in our stores. Some of the best relationships and meaningful friendships were formed as we worked towards building our empire, but it all began as baristas in our 500 SQFT storefront and roastery in downtown Billings, MT. My professional goal is to surround myself with champions. Mazevo Coffee is too large of a vision to be carried out alone. I want Mazevo to grow into an incredible enterprise competing across the USA and beyond. I desire individuals in our organization who are committed to growth and transformation, not just their titles. I am an avid outdoorsman and archer. As a hobby, I shoot archery competitively across the USA. I love competition. One of the reasons I am so suited for my position in leadership is my competitive nature. When I step up to the shooting line to shoot my bow against multiple competitors, I draw my bow back, knowing that I have already taken the podium. When I build a store across from my competitors, I plant it knowing it has already won. Winning takes an incredible ability to be humble, learn from others, and desire excellence. We have learned a lot in such a saturated and competitive industry. Our desire to win as a business leads us to learn constantly. How can we serve better? How can we love our guests better? How can we pour into our community? How can we coach our leaders better? How can we develop winning systems with winning teams to back them? Our desire to win and purpose to serve is why we will continue to win. This is just the beginning. We are just getting started.

I was born and raised in Montana. I am 24 years old and am happily married. I love my job and the people I get to work with. I have a wonderful community of people around me. The Lord has blessed me and the path I travel and I go where He leads me. Mazevo's mission and heart behind everything that is done is a company I will happily follow and am proud to be a part of "Love one another, one cup at a time."

I am Owner and Chief Relations Officer for Mazevo Coffee. I've been with this company since the establishment of our first location. Throughout my journey, I've learned a great deal and I see challenges as opportunities. The mission of building a community and nurturing meaningful relationships within our organization aligns with my values. People are incredibly important to me; I have a loving wife and three children, and we've been married for six years. We're passionate about fostering children and currently have three foster children that we cherish every day. I thrive on encountering the unknown and meeting new people. It's thrilling to be part of a company that values individuals. As we grow and develop new leaders, the prospect of continuous growth and the endless stream of people needing love fills my life with joy and happiness. When I have extra time, I enjoy engaging in outdoor activities that get my blood pumping. However, I mostly prefer to spend time with my loved ones and partake in local activities, such as kayaking, biking, or working on my vehicles. Regardless of what I'm doing, you'll likely find me with a cup of coffee in hand!

SEC filings
About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
