Dr. Prem Sahasranam, who goes by Dr. Sahas, is a Board-Certified Endocrinologist and Founder of My Diabetes Health, with over 20 years of experience caring for individuals with diabetes. He is also a faculty member at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, CA.

Dren Radoniqi is a finance executive with more than 18 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate development, and transaction execution across private equity-backed and high-growth companies. Prior to joining My Diabetes Tutor as Chief Financial Officer, he spent 15 years in senior leadership roles at EY, advising private equity firms, portfolio companies, and multinational enterprises across the healthcare, technology, and energy sectors. Following EY, he served as a Strategic Advisor and Chief Financial Officer to several global technology and artificial intelligence companies, working closely with founders and investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital strategy, and enterprise value creation initiatives.

Mr. Woodward is a partner and co-founder of Woodward Diversified Capital, a family wealth management and private equity investment firm, founded in March 2020. Prior to co-founding WDC, Mr. Woodward worked from March of 2005 thru March of 2020 at Bank of America and Wells Fargo where he spent the final years as a SVP-Private Wealth Advisor. Mr. Woodward has served on the board of numerous companies and non-profits in the past, including Genelux Corporation (GNLX) where he served during its IPO. In addition to My Diabetes Tutor, Mr. Woodward currently serves on the boards of Aeromics, a Thousand Oaks, CA, based clinical trial stage stroke therapeutics company, and Fundare Resources, a Denver, CO based oil and gas company. Mr. Woodward and his wife, Staci, have owned The Bakersfield Swim Academy since 2012. Mr. Woodward is a former competitive swimmer for Team USA. Mr. Woodward holds a B.A. in social sciences with an emphasis in History from The University of Southern California.

Neel Patel is CEO and Founder of OM Pacific Capital, a Multi-Family Office. He started the firm in 2015. They manage a significant amount of capital for 30 families including his own family, across all asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Crypto, Venture Capital and Private Credit. Neel started to invest directly in venture backed companies starting in 2015 through their Venture Capital Arm of his firm. They invest at seed and Series A. Sectors include: Technology, i.e. saas companies, artificial Intelligence, Healthcare/Health-tech, Real Estate Tech and Fin-tech. Some of the companies they have invested in are: Snowflake (IPO’d), Guardant Health (IPO’d), Coinbase (IPO’d), Whiterabbit.ai (still private), and Zoom (IPO’d) to name a few. Neel spent 10 years at Merrill Lynch in their ultra high net worth group and Institutional division. Sharon Chandran began her career in Oil & Gas. Over a decade, she held various managerial roles, culminating as Executive Director of a publicly listed company in Singapore. She currently is CEO of her family office, overseeing a myriad of investments across multiple industries and asset classes.
