Rocco has worked in the financial services industry for the past 25+ years. He is a proven leader and a co-founder of Beverage USA, where he has served as an Officer and Director since inception. Prior to his position at Beverage USA, Rocco was the founder & CEO of Gurkha Consulting, a business consultancy specializing in start-ups and small companies. During his tenure on Wall Street, Rocco was very active in placing Investment Banking deals including Private Placements, Secondary Offerings, PIPEs, NASDAQ uplistings, SPACs, Convertibles, Bridge Financings and IPOs.

Howard is an experienced CEO with over 25 years in the finance industry. He started his career as a market maker and seat holder on the New York Stock Exchange. He spent the majority of his career on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs before starting his own banking firm that specialized in working with Small Cap and Micro Cap companies. He also went on to become CEO of a $100 Million Dollar direct lending hedge fund before joining NERD Focus.

Brent is a serial Entrepeneur bringing over 25 years of business experience to bear for NERD. He is the founder of CEO of Quality Comix, a company that brokers high end collectibles. Additionally, Brent has a 20 year background in software engineering and serving as a contractor for US Air Force.

Joana is a full stack Web developer and E-Commerce expert with 15+ years experience building robust web applications. Worked with several notable consumer product brands over the last 10 years in beverages and performance based products.

Keith is an experienced Digital Marketing Leader and change agent with 25+ years of success spearheading the development of cost-efficient marketing solutions that promote brand awareness, ignite lead generation, and drive profits. He is an industry expert who has been interviewed on Fox News, featured in top media outlets including Bloomberg.com, and written for Forbes.com. He is adept at analyzing business performance and internal/external trends, and leveraging data-based insights to develop strategic goal setting, action planning, and initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness.

Technology and consumer product Senior Executive with 20+ years fasttrack leadership in business strategy, product innovation, market development and values creation from VC-backed start-ups to billiondollar global enterprises. Meyers has held Senior Executive roles in Disney consumer products, growing gaming to over $1B in revenue. Most recently Meyers has partnered and led early-stage companies in technology and ecommerce to scale their products or service offerings.

Michael is a 15+ year veteran of the beverage industry. He has led the charge in spearheading the expansion of the NERD Focus footprint throughout the State of Texas. He is responsible for job in establishing sales and distribution, as well as supporting distributors and customers.

Sal has over 25 years in the Beverage Industry, specializing in new product launches, sales and distribution. He spent 10 years at Red Bull, where he managed the initial launch of the product in the NY/NJ Metro Market. He went on to manage the distributor network for the company in the MidAtlantic and Northeast Regions. More recently he served as VP/GM of Drink King Distributing Co. where he launched and established over 50 new beverages throughout their 5,000 stores distribution network. Sal has been part of the sales and distribution teams for Red Bull, Sobe, Sparkling ICE, Polar Seltzer, OWYN, Neuro Brands, Jones Soda, Aquahydrate, Trimino, Uptime Energy and Bang Energy during his tenure in the industry.
