A lifelong fisherman and accomplished electrical engineer, Dustin hand-built the first ReelView RV1 prototypes in his shop at home. Before founding ReelView, Dustin was head of engineering at Open Water Power, an underwater battery startup acquired by L3Harris. His unique blend of technical expertise and passion for fishing is integral to ReelView’s innovative approach.

Don brings diverse technical and management experience to ReelView Fishing. With a background in experimental Applied Physics, he gained expertise in optics and imaging at Harvard and as a Principal Scientist at Physical Sciences. At OpenWater Power, he led the development of deep ocean battery technology and managed a $7M government contract. As ReelView's COO, Don's engineering skills, financial aptitude, and strategic awareness have been pivotal to the company's success.

Rob brings over 19 years of expertise in software engineering, specializing in developing software for bare-metal environments while being versatile across all development levels. An avid fisherman and water enthusiast, Rob is passionate about creating elegant solutions to complex problems. He is thrilled to introduce the RV1 to users, allowing them to experience the magic of fishing with live video.

Chris Kennedy
Lead Mechanical Engineer

Chris’s extensive experience, innovative approach to mechanical design, and leadership abilities make him a key asset in developing cutting-edge technology. He previously led advanced system developments at REGENT CRAFT, L3Harris (Open Water Power), and Autonomous Marine Systems. Chris holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Tom Milnes
Member of the Board of Directors

Tom Milnes has started, built, and sold two technology-based companies prior to joining ReelView and is excited by new and interesting technologies and their applications. This interest, coupled with his past great relationships with much of the rest of the team, is what brought him to join ReelView and has him so excited about this project.

Tracy Devoy Alinger
Member of the Board of Directors

Tracy Alinger was an early believer in the potential of fishing with live video and was ReelView's first investor. With a BS from UIUC, as well as an MBA, she has had a successful career as an IT director in both the commercial and non-profit sectors.
