FY2023–FY2024 · from SEC filings · hover any figure for its sourceFigures as reported by the issuer in the filing shown on hover. Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited; no pill means the filing didn’t state one. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

Steve is a lifelong innovator in solar-electric design with over three decades of experience building clean energy tools for land and labor. He previously founded Solectrac, an electric tractor company, and his work has been featured in Solar Today, Mother Earth News and Harrowsmith Country Life. With Renewables Inc., Steve is building on that legacy—bringing practical, affordable, and scalable climate solutions to the people who need them most.

Dr. Jose Etcheverry is focused on strategies to develop regenerative agriculture, electric mobility solutions and all renewable energy sources to their full potential and in finding new ways to finance and expand solutions to the climate emergency and energy problems. With over a decade of experience leading complex projects, scaling operations, and driving policy innovation, she brings a proven record of operational leadership across multiple industries. She began her career on the $80M renovation of the Oakland Fox Theater before transitioning into cannabis, where she supported Richard Lee on Proposition 19 and later founded Blum, a vertically integrated dispensary generating $14M annually and completing the first plant-touching IPO with the SEC. She co-founded Highland Events, amending Proposition 64 to allow cannabis sales at mainstream events and becoming the first company in the U.S. to sell cannabis at a concert. Her expertise spans cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail—managing 1,200 indoor lights, 7 acres of greenhouse, and five California retail outlets—giving her a 360-degree view of operations, compliance, and growth.

Engineer and technology leader with 20+ years in renewable energy, EVs, advanced R&D and overseas manufacturing. Former Director of R&D at Solectrac, specialist in battery, power and motor systems, and developer of electric/hybrid vehicle innovations supporting sustainable mobility.

SEC filings
About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
