Figures as reported by the issuer in the filing shown on hover. Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

Disclosed sales come from the issuer's own filings (prior-offering lines, audited-statement notes) and are amount ÷ securities sold. A down round is a firm point more than 25 % below the previous firm point of the same share class on a comparable basis; the comparison ignores unverified and year-only lines.

Steven E. CurdFounder
CEO, President, and Chairman

Steve's career has been focused on building businesses that leverage technology to disrupt massive markets. Early in his career, Steve led the creation of the first online travel service (Travelocity, formerly Eaasy Sabre). His internet-fueled vision helped to revolutionize how consumers think about self-managing travel and hospitality and effectively disintermediated the travel agency industry. Later, after serving as CIO of United HealthCare, Steve served as the COO of WebMD where he led initiatives that restructured America’s complex $2 trillion healthcare industry through improved communications and advanced automation. More recently, Steve led several healthcare technology companies that redefined electronic health records, care coordination, surgical safety, and advanced oncology care. As a lifelong musician, Steve and his wife Wendy founded Scaeva Technologies in 2017 to bring new IP and advanced technologies to the rapidly growing independent creator market. Steve has degrees in physics, math, and an MBA from The Wharton School. He is an active member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the Acoustical Society of America. In 2021 Steve was selected to serve on the Audio Board of the Consumer Technology Association (sponsor of the CES conference).

Wendy CurdFounder
VP of Investor Relations

Wendy co-founded Scaeva Technologies with her husband Steve in 2017. Wendy and Steve had a collective vision: to enable talented creators to flourish with vastly better tools and improved workflows, to enable them to monetize their creations, and to dramatically improve the way all of us experience immersive audio. Wendy's insights led to the formation of Scaeva, and since its founding she has managed investor relations and company administration. Prior to co-founding Scaeva, Wendy established a thriving quarter horse and race horse breeding operation, with equestrian training, urban regional trail riding and carriage operations, as well as a retail tack business.

About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
