Our 900 Grados Tequila brought home two gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, one of the largest most prestigious spirits competitions across the globe. We've earned 20 awards in two years, built a state-of-the-art $5M distillery, and already distribute in 2,500+ US stores and 500+ stores across India - the world's largest whiskey market.

Varchasvi turned a 3-person IT startup into V2Soft, now a global technology company with over 1,500+ employees across six countries. His company has earned National Supplier of the Year recognition and multiple MMSDC awards. He serves on influential boards, including the Stellantis Advisory Council and the executive board of the Wildlife Conservation Foundation, and has committed $7 million of personal equity to Shankar Distillers.
Nandini has a long history of management leadership that transcends both tech and hospitality. She has served as the Executive VP for V2Soft where she oversees product development, solutions delivery and project management. At Shankar Distillers, Nandini oversees finances and leads our growing events business and corporate relationships.
Scott brings two decades of management experience to the distillery and shepherded the business through its start-up phase. Before joining the distillery, he worked for Fiat Chrysler for over 20 years building and managing enterprise architecture. At Shankar Distillers, Scott served as project manager for distillery construction and established all licensing, distribution and supply chain management.
A chemical engineering graduate with nearly a decade of experience in craft distilling, Kylash trained under Kris Bergland - the "godfather" of Michigan's craft spirits industry. He designed our $5M manufacturing facility and developed the award-winning bourbon and tequila recipes that have earned us 20 industry awards.
Rajanna leads overall company accounting for Shankar Distillers. For the past 14 years, he has also served as Global Financial Controller for V2Soft, an Information Technology company that provides IT Services to Fortune 1000 customers with its offices around the world and in the US.
