Each year’s pill shows the assurance level of its filed statements — audited, reviewed (CPA review, less than an audit), or unaudited, as the filing’s own report or certification states it. A dashed pill marked * is inferred instead: the SEC minimum for an offering that size, which the issuer may have exceeded. No pill means we couldn’t tell. Headcount is the filing’s point-in-time count, not a year-end average. Manually corrected figures are marked “Corrected”.

From the company's SEC filings: share counts per class, each class's voting and conversion terms, and the holders of 20% or more that Form C requires (officers and 10%+ holders on Form 1-A). Filings name only large holders, so most owners — including crowd investors — are not listed, and a holder's percentage may be of its own class rather than of the whole company. Prices and crowd share counts are in today's share terms — adjusted for splits and conversions since they were sold. Hover a figure for its filing.

Commercial real estate attorney with experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, finance/loan origination, restructuring and complex portfolio management and strategy. A graduate of Tufts University, holding a JD from The George Washington University Law School. Jeffrey oversees legal and finance matters for Steiner's Coffee Cake of New York. He manages the relationship with the company's legal firm, Nixon Peabody and accounting firm, Martin Levinson Associates.

A veteran business executive who has brought her leadership to well-established companies and start-ups alike, Jennifer Steiner Pool feels the most joy serving as president of Steiner’s Coffee Cake of New York, working with her mother, founder Nancy Steiner. Since its launch in 2016, Jen has built a loyal following for her grandfather Malcolm’s recipes as developed by her former science-teacher mother: gluten-free, nut-free, kosher products that include brownies, ginger snaps, all-purpose gluten-free baking flour, and “the very best coffee cake in the world.” For more than two decades Jen has cultivated a career across multiple fields, developing skills in brand development, strategic operations, marketing and social media, among many others. Recently she served as president of Project 375, a not-for-profit focused on eradicating the stigma surrounding mental health. She spent nearly four years with NYC-based Dempsey & Carroll - The 1878 Stationery Company, as president and chair of the advisory board, in the wake of holding the top executive post for Action Wobble Inc., a patented adhesive technology for the craft and hobby market. Among her earlier work in marketing and advertising, Jen served as SVP, marketing and account service for Euro RSCG Life 4D, COO of the branding and advertising agency Fly Communications, vice president, strategy for CoActive Marketing Group, founder/principal of the Denver-based experiential marketing firm Sales Fuel Group, and senior account executive for McClain Finlon Advertising. She earned her Bachelor of Sciences degree in advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Having honed her career as a science teacher, it seemed only natural when Nancy Steiner decided to use her professional knowledge in the kitchen. A native of New York City raised in Port Washington, Long Island, she took inspiration from her father-in-law, Malcolm Steiner. A man of very few words (“add more butter” being three of them as a universal corrective), Malcolm took Nancy under his wing and taught her everything he knew, including his killer recipe for coffee cake. Health concerns led Nancy toward a specific goal. More than 30 years ago she was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and began to work tirelessly in the kitchen to develop a gluten-free, all-purpose flour that baked for the masses. Over the years she tapped her science acumen to pursue this goal, testing every product on the market, with the dream of baking something so delicious, so perfectly moist, that unsuspecting consumers wouldn’t know it was gluten-free. In anticipation of success, her children Jen and Jeff initially established the brand, Steiner’s Coffee Cake of New York, in 2010. It took a few more years, but finally Nancy nailed it – on the precipice of her 70th birthday she was ready to launch her company. Today, Nancy still focuses on the R&D while Jen runs the company, and the mother-daughter team loves selling their line of gluten-free, nut-free, kosher products to consumers. These include brownies, ginger snaps, all-purpose gluten-free baking flour, and of course, “the very best coffee cake in the world.”

About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
