Wayne Palmiter co-founded Third-Eye-Design in 2009. Palmiter is a long-term and accomplished entrepreneur. After the sale of Real Wood, Palmiter brought an Australian based fast-food chain (Crispy Crepes) to North America, where he managed 3 locations and later sold franchises and equipment throughout the U.S. and Canada. During his time at Snomax, he designed and built new equipment, performed field research, and oversaw sales that grew from less than 1 million to nearly 12 million before the division was sold to York International. After the York International acquisition, Palmiter was promoted to Director of Technical Operations for a new division called York Snow Inc. There, he was responsible for global IT management, technical operations, and day-to-day operations of York Snow North America. During that time he developed and implemented a global VPN solution connecting strategic office locations in the U.S., Canada and Europe. About this data. Figures are compiled from public sources — SEC EDGAR filings (Form C, C-AR, 1-A, 1-K) and funding-platform pages — and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by the issuer. Financial statements are as reported by the issuer; each year is labeled with its assurance level (audited / reviewed / unaudited). A valuation cap is the conversion ceiling of a SAFE or convertible note, not an agreed company valuation; post-money figures are computed as pre-money plus amount raised and are not a traded price. Crowdonomics is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser; nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell securities. Verify all figures against the linked EDGAR filings.
