Chief Executive Officer and Director

Son of a Lifeguard and Teacher Jeff Rohrer was a National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete at Mira Costa High School. From High School Jeff attended and graduated from Yale University. Jeff was selected in the 2nd round of the NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys and played 7 years in the NFL as a Linebacker. From the NFL Jeff became a global TV Commercial Producer for major National Brands winning Cannes Lions and has several widely recognized Super Bowl commercials. Jeff went on to be an Executive Producer for Commercial Production Companies and used this knowledge to partner in rapid military prototyping for US Special Operations. . Currently, Mr. Rohrer is CEO of Toro Bravo 4x4 whose mission is to reshape the RV market with innovative designs based on multi-use platforms such as the Work/Play RV focused on the consumer and an ever-younger facing demand for overlanding RV's for the active traveler. The Toro Bravo platform will also enter the B2B market as a customizable remote work truck specializing in oil and gas, logging, mining and disaster relief.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Greg went on to work for Environmental Technologies at Apple in Cupertino, California. There, his data analytics were featured in the worldwide launches of new products. Greg then joined Prototype 3D in Los Angeles, where he worked closely with leadership at the Air Force Research Laboratory, combining cutting-edge technology, photogrammetry, AI, and machine learning to increase the safety and efficiency of high-speed testing. Greg continues his career by implementing new processes for 3D design, engineering, and advanced manufacturing across several industries.

Ian Backstrom
Design Lead

Graduating in 2020 from Product Design at ArtCenter, Ian would go on to co-found PROTOTYP3, a company focused on advanced manufacturing, design and visualization. Ian has spent years working on experimental design and mobility projects spanning industrial design, robotics, architecture, advanced manufacturing, photogrammetry, metaverse creation, and artificial intelligence.
