As the CEO, CTO and Founder of Xense Inc, Ms. Zhao has been involved in all phases of Xense’s development since its founding in 2018. She was a Vice President at Advanced Optical Technologies, Inc., where early concepts of the relevant technologies were developed. Ms Zhao is a vetted bioimaging visionary, having successful track records in trend forecast & developing high growth platform imaging systems for research, diagnostics and surgical guidance for global market leaders. Ms. Zhao is a published author, and an inventor of more than 70 patents, over 30 of which have been granted. She holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.A. in Microbiology from Boston University, and a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Zhao also serves as CEO of XENSELAB LLC, an IP holding company for XENSE Inc.

Mr. Bliss 's professional career began as an Electrical Engineer at Hughes Aircraft - Microelectronic Systems Division where he developed automated test software/hardware for military and commercial on-board (plane and ship) communication and entertainment systems. While working at Hughes Aircraft, Mr. Bliss was invited to join a start-up company, Procom Technology, as a Sr. Electrical Staff Engineer, designing and developing a family of performance-leading SCSI controllers, for their successful line of computer upgrade storage products. These evolved into high-end enterprise-class RAID and Network-Attached Storage (NAS) products. Mr. Alan Bliss was eventually Director of Hardware Engineering at Procom Technology, Inc., which was acquired by Sun Microsystems, Inc, and later on Oracle, where he successfully managed 150+ projects with multimillion dollar program budgets. Ms. Bliss has a BS in EE from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Dr. Sean Lavine is an Investor of Xense. Dr. Lavine is a neurosurgeon / neuroradiologist and professor at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Lavine serves as a Director of Neuroendovascular Services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center.Dr. Lavine has a BS from Weill Cornell Medical College, MD from Cornell University Medical College, Residency and Fellowship from USC Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Lavine was ranked as one of America’s Top doctors and one of New York’s Best Doctors.

Dr. Shafa completed a competitive 7 year accelerated B.A./M.D. program at The George Washington University, graduating in 2016. He completed a surgical internship at UCLA, 4 years of radiology residency at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, and returned to Los Angeles to complete neuroradiology fellowship at Cedars Sinai. His unique accomplishments include being author of a textbook, Learning Interventional Radiology, creator of iPhone educational app "Interventional Radiology," as well as sizeable social media following for radiology and medical education on Instagram and TikTok @Doctor.Justin

Dr. White is Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology at University of Southern California – Keck University Hospital and Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. He is also a musculoskeletal radiologist for USC athletes and director of Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship, Prior to joining USC, Dr. White earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. He completed his residency at Temple University. He was granted a fellowship in musculoskeletal/osteoradiology at University of Southern California. Dr. White is certified by the American Board of Radiology. He has been voted a “Top Doctor” by Pasadena Magazine in 2009, 2011, and 2012

Dr. Maslow is Chief Medical Officer of GeneOne Life Science Inc. GeneOne is a developer of gene-based therapies and vaccines. Dr. Maslow is currently leading development of vaccines highly virulent Emerging Infectious Diseases to include Covid virus including Sars-Covid -1 and SARS-CoV-2, Zika virus, MERS-CoV, Hepatitis C, and SFTS. Other products in development include DNA plasmid based therapies for Hemophilia A, obesity, breast cancer, and small molecular approaches to inflammatory diseases. He has extensive experience in clinical research and basic science research. Dr. Maslow has published extensively in the field of Emerging Infectious Diseases, HIV/AIDS, bacterial diseases, and Mycobacterial disease, such as tuberculosis and M. avium. Dr. Maslow was a Chief, Division of Infectious Diseases at Morristown Medical Center, and Professor of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Maslow has a MS in Physics from Drexel University. MD, from Jefferson Medical College, and Ph.D. in Physics from University of Virginia.

Mr. Mark Sitek is a radiation safety specialist in Cyclotron, Radiopharmacy, and Medical Health Physics. He is Radiation Safety Officer at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Mr. Sitek was Radiation Inspector at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Stationand a Health Physicist/General Engineer at NRC Headquarters. Mr. Sitek has a BS in Nuclear Engineer from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology

A HHMI scholar and a scientist with 20+ years experience, Dr. Spanjaard’s federal and privately-funded translational research focused primarily on biomarker and drug discovery and was published in many high impact journals. Integrating technology with molecular biology to develop innovative devices that can solve unmet medical needs. Dr. Spanjaard cofounded Artemis Biosystems, a company that is developing a filtration device for viral vector bio manufacturing for gene therapy. Artemis Biosystems have funded collaborations with MIT, MassBiologics and industrial partners. Dr. Spanjaard is co-inventor on 2 granted patents for biomarkers and bio manufacturing. Dr. Spanjaard received his MA and PhD from Leiden University (Netherlands), and was a postdoc and Instructor at Harvard Medical School. He was a faulty member at Boston University School of Medicine, as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor.
