He began his career as an attorney in Chicago, completing his studies at Yeshiva University and Cardozo School of Law.

Vice President of Tactical Business Unit

As VP of Tactical Business Unit, U.S. Army veteran Ray Piluso leads Zoombang’s government sales initiatives with specific responsibility in military, federal, state and local law enforcement. An expert in building productive teams, he successfully transforms concepts into achievable business strategies that drive revenue, streamline operations and increase corporate market share and profitability. Ray's three decades in the U.S. Army includes assignments in several countries. He earned a B.S. from the University of Southern Colorado.

With 25 years of experience in the apparel industry spearheading product innovation, marketing and branding both domestically and internationally, our Chief Product Officer Sandy LaRowe is a passionate leader with a strong record of success. Previously at Nike, he collaborated with top athletes like Adrian Petersen, Donald Driver, Tiger Woods, Alex Rodriguez, Albert Pujols and Misty May-Treanor, as well as hundreds of other professional athletes, teams, trainers and coaches. Tony's career also includes being an NFL free agent and a football coach spanning over three decades. He holds a B.S. from Portland State University.

William Thompson

For more than 30 years, William “WillieT” Thompson has made waves in the sports world for his innovative sales and general management initiatives. As Senior Vice President of Sports Sales, he leads all athletic sales and representative development throughout the U.S. and Canada. His prior successes include a notable tenure at Ridell sports equipment. Willie is affiliated with AEMA and graduated from Fayetteville State University with a B.S.
