AMASS carries an eyepopping $75m valuation, or 22x 2020 revenue. In addition, the company just closed (3/3/2021) an $11m convertible note at a $38m valuation cap - less than 3 weeks prior to this round doubling the valuation. AMASS has competition from Haus and other brands attacking online alcohol sales by using low-ABV products to skirt regulations.
