AlphaFlow provides smaller lenders the ability to package and sell individual mortgages (i.e. securitize) to larger investors while continuing seamless payment collection from the end borrower. It's not a relatively new concept - the company intends to use the centralization of performance and servicing data scaled by technology to decrease loan cycle time and drive repeated and accelerated customer transactions.
