Our take:
The company will be dependent on Tesla delivering an on time, quality product - something Tesla has a poor track record for doing so. Additionally, the company plans to take on essentially zero debt, which is very surprising for a capital intensive business such as this. Why try and sell a third of the company when you could finance hard assets much cheaper?
