Ghost Town Oats is targeting communities of color, who are multiples more likely to be lactose intolerant. Oatly, one of the largest and well-known oat milk companies, IPO'd in early 2021 and the stock is down 83% to date. And Ghost Town's focus is split - rather than driving on their core product, their two year roadmap includes creating "Pantry Shops" that will turn coffee shops into mini-convenience stores. Why?
