Our take:
DroneDek is back again, still pre-revenue, but increased the valuation substantially to $331m. Valuations that high raising this little capital ($5m maximum target) risk a down round in the future, especially with such a substantial amount of the fundraise (>50%) being allocated for ongoing R&D on the product.
